At our firm, we have a large team of Human Resources and Administration professionals all with over 20 years of experience as well as designations for PHR, SPHR and CAP. Services range from audits, FMLA/ADA/Leave management, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, employee handbook audit and review, daily HR and Administration support, EEOC case management, travel and accommodation arrangements, meeting scheduling, calendar management, event coordination and more.
With each package for employees, we provide a dedicated Manager or Director for Human Resource and/or Administration services. The assigned team member is also known as your Miles & Daniels (MD) Leader. Your MD Leader will be your direct point of contact for daily support, assistance with emergency matters like EEOC management, last minute travel arrangements and more.
Our team provides event coordination support for volunteer initiatives and company events. Support includes contacting the event vendors, scheduling onsite visits prior to the event date, adhering to the set budget (if applicable), finalizing event details/costs, being a point of contact and more as determined.
